Lea’s Foundation for Leukemia research
Lea’s Foundation for Leukemia Research, Inc. was established in 1998 to fund research into the causes of, and cures for, leukemia and its related cancers of Lymphoma, Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and Myeloma. Additionally, the Foundation seeks to increase public awareness of these cancers and to provide patients and their families with limited direct financial assistance.

Like many 9-year-olds, Madeline loves animals, dancing, and playing outside. But unlike other children, Madeline doesn’t take each fun-filled day for granted—because she’s been battling leukemia for over 4 years. Her mother Amy describes Madeline’s fighting spirit, as well as the hope and support the family receives from the Lea Foundation.
