Lea’s Foundation for Leukemia Research, Inc. was established in 1998 to fund research into the causes and/or cures for Leukemia and its related cancers of Lymphoma, Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and Multiple Myeloma. Additionally, the Foundation provides some limited financial assistance to patients affected by Leukemia and similar malignant blood-related diseases. Dedicated to increasing awareness of these cancers , the Foundation also participates in, and supports community health programs.

To date, over 6 Million Dollars have been raised thanks to the efforts of our Board of Directors, Volunteers and generous donors. Of this, 95% of funds raised goes towards research and family assistance programs, with only 5% of funds raised going towards operating costs. The entire Board of Directors is comprised of individuals
who volunteer their time.​​
WHAT WE DO
